Refund policy
Consumers have a 14 day return period.
You have the right to return your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The return period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to return, you must inform us (Grožio bazė MB, Buriuotojų g. 5A, LT52494, Kaunas, Lithuania, info@parfumea.de, +49 151 44977921) of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post). You may use a model return form, but it is not mandatory.
Special Conditions for Returning Goods
The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
• The returned goods must be in their original packaging.
• The product must be unused and the packaging must be unopened.
• The product must be unused and must not have lost its commercial value (labels and protective seals must be intact).
Effects of Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you return your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your return. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The return policy does not apply to the following goods:
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
